Twins Kazuya and Tatsuya, along with their neighbor Minami have played since they were kids and built a unbreakable bond. However, with childbirth, the twins realized something: three is a crowd, and Minami is really a girl. Whilst the trio tries to conserve their relationship, Kazuya's assurance to make Minami's fantasy come true by taking her to Koshien with his baseball pitching skills creates the Tatsuya wonder himself, along with their own goals.
