The station can be an interactive gambling and home shopping cart cube, using gambling sections from Jackpot247, and tele-shopping sections. On 7 November 2011, a Place holder caption appeared on Freeview channel 3 9, broadcasting on multi-plex A, saying"The Zone: Coming soon, The best place to shop and play". The station launched on 14 November 2011, broadcasting between 06:00 and 18:00 pm am but was not available in Wales before 9 January 2012. The station time-shares with CITV.
