Rookie journalist Eddie Dunford is decided to look for the truth in an ever more intricate maze of lies and deceit surrounding law enforcement investigation into a string of child abductions. When Clare Kemplay goes lost, Eddie along with his colleague, Barry, convince their editor to let them research links with two abductions in the last decade. But following having a body is found on a construction site owned with a local land magnate, both Barry and Eddie are drawn into a lethal environment of secrecy, intimidation revelations and police brutality.
