The unassuming, nebbishy inventor Sidney Stratton creates a miraculous fabric which will never be worn or dirty outside. Although they could make a lot of money selling clothes made of this material, but might cause a catastrophe in the process. Afterall, once somebody buys one of the suits buy the other person they wont have to mend them, and also the clothing industry will collapse overnight. But Sidney is made to place his innovation on the market, forcing the clothing factory bigwigs to resort to more desperate measures...
