The Christmas Project

Even with Christmas approaching, the Buckley brothers nearly always choose revenge over brotherly affection. That is, until the four brothers band together against a common foe—the Hagbarts, their middle school's meanest bullies. However, Mom has decided that the Buckley family will see Elve the Hagbarts for Christmas this year. Matthew, eleven, can hardly stand it. The Hagbarts torture the Buckley brothers during the day, while the Buckleys bring Christmas food and gifts to their bitter foes at night. Soon, the battle of wits devolves into an extraordinary conspiracy to exact ultimate vengeance on the Hagbarts. But now that Matthew has learned to be kind to those who despise him, what will he do when a small push becomes a great large shove?
