A Letter to Momo

Clinging to an letter published by her deceased dad Momo moves with her mother from bustling Tokyo to the remote Japanese island of Shio. She starts to research her new habitat, learning their customs and routines and meeting with kids. However, it's not long until several occurrences that are bizarre crop around the previously tranquil island. Each morning after her mother leaves for work, prized trinkets start evaporating and, most bizarre of all, orchards are observed ransacked, Momo hears mumblings coming from the attic of the property. Annoyed by those creepy goingson and also her mommy's refusal to believe them, Momo embarks on a strange and unnatural experience to discover the foundation of the mischief, that leads her to a trio of bothersome imps: the flatulent lizard Kawa, the child like Mame and also their hulking ogre leader Iwa. Mo-mo finds her visit to the island is in some manner associated with her dad's mysterious correspondence.
